IMMOS was founded in 2000 by three persons: Pawel Pisarczyk, Rafal Jurkiewicz and Pawel Zajaczkowski, graduates of Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology of Warsaw University of Technology. At the begining IMMOS acted as a programmer's group.

In 2002 group has been transformed into the company focused on embedded systems development and consulting. This tranformation took place after Michal Wojcik joined the group and became responsible for the business development.

IMMOS was one of the first embedded systems companies in Poland. IMMOS started to cooperate with embedded hardware vendors and was being selected as the software partner in many R&D projects.
